Ground floor
The villa is a fusion of the traditional and modern Greek building style and consist of 2 floors. The house is fully equipped with airconditioning and sea views from any room of the house.
Bedrooms
The bottom level has 2 bedrooms, both with Seaview and equipped with airconditioning and enough cupboard space.
Room 1: 2 twin beds
Room 2: 1 double bed (160x200)
Master Bathroom
A large bathroom, close to the bedrooms with a lot of cupboard space, mirror cabinet, the toilet and large rain shower.
Top floor
Kitchen and Living area
The living room contains a comfortable lounge with TV and a wide selection of movies and series.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, stovetop, toaster.
Outside terrace
Enjoy a unique over 180° Seaview from the outside terrace that is adjacent to the kitchen. Fully center yourself and immerse yourself in the view while eating, or enjoying a good book.
Guest house
The guest house is equipped with a seat that can be turned into a bed. There is also an additional sitting area where another child can sleep. The guest house can accommodate three people. It is located next to the pool and there is a shower, toilet, kitchen, small dining room, terrace with sea view and air conditioning.
The poolhouse and BBQ
Villa offers full and private access to a beautiful pool, with outside shower, sunbeds, and a sitting/dining corner with a stunning view, alongside a build in traditional BBQ and bar.
